I dischi BBC Transcription Services (prima di BBC Transcription Service (no "s"), successivamente BBC Transcription e oggi BBC Radio International) venivano resi disponibili solo alle stazioni radio estere per scopi di trasmissione e non venivano resi disponibili per la vendita al grande pubblico. Tuttavia, all'inizio degli anni '90, molte biblioteche internazionali della BBC vendettero le loro scorte al pubblico. Limitazione: "In genere la BBC Transcription Services stampava 100 copie di ciascun disco solo con le istruzioni alla rete radiofonica estera di distruggere il disco alla fine del periodo di licenza."
Tieni presente che il genere di spettacoli disponibili tramite questa etichetta è ampio quanto le principali etichette della BBC disponibili per la visione qui.
