Synopsis

Episode 1
As long as the crew of the Liberator stay clear of a certain sector of space, Orac's prediction cannot come true. Suddenly the Liberator comes under attack by two small ships, which resemble the Liberator in design.

The crew try to fight back but the Liberator seems to be under someone else's control. They find themselves hurtling through space at full speed and with no navigational control. Have the original owners of the Liberator come to take back that's theirs?
Episode 2
Blake decides to try to enlist the help of the Terra Nostra in his fight against the Federation. The Terra Nostra, a drugs cartel, have a contact on Spacer City.

Blake and his crew travel there to meet with one of their agents. At the same time Orac starts to behave oddly as he falls under the influence of a telepathic alien.
Episode 3
Coser, Federation beta grade technician, and his bond slave Rashel have stolen a new Federation weapon known as Imipak.

Meanwhile Travis encounters Fen and another Blake.

The Blake Travis killed was just a clone. The real Blake has gone to meet with Coser. All these machinations are unfolding just as they were predicted by Carnell, the puppet master.
Episode 4
Encountering a Federation freighter that appears to be heading out of the spiral rim to nowhere, Blake and crew decide to follow.

Finally arriving at a planet codenamed Horizon, they find it surrounded by a magnetic force barrier.

Due to its force wall the Liberator is able to follow the freighter into planetary orbit. Blake and Jenna teleport down but are captured, as are Vila, Gan and Cally when they follow. Back on the Liberator Avon realises he can survive without them.
Episode 5
During the expansion of the Federation the Computer Control Centre was set up. It was designed to aid in the running of the Federation and act as a nerve centre. Blake thinks he has finally discovered its whereabouts and plans to raid and destroy it.

Could it really be that easy, though? Or is this a cunning trap set by Servalan, which when sprung could have dire or even fatal consequences?
Episode 6
After Servalan's continuing failure to capture Blake, she is in need of a scapegoat and Travis fits the bill nicely. Meanwhile Blake is trying to come to terms with Gan's death and decides that he needs time alone to think about it.

He teleports himself down to an alien planet with a homing beacon so that the crew of Liberator can find him when he's ready to return.

However, unseen by him a mysterious alien creature removes his teleport bracelet and homing beacon.

Is this Avon's chance to abandon Blake once and for all?
Episode 7
Blake and his crew need a TP crystal in order to be able to send messages in the Federation pulse coded A-line form. Avon has a friend, Tynus, in the Command Centre on Fosforon.

Avon and Villa teleport down to ask him for help in gaining a TP crystal. While in orbit around Fosforon the Liberator scanners pick up a Wanderer Class I space ship, which seems to be adrift. Cally detects life onboard the ship but also senses malevolence.
Episode 8
The Liberator is engaged in battle with twenty Federation ships, during which they sustain considerable energy loss and damage.

Using the attackers' own trajectory against them the Liberator manages to escape. Orac picks up a message for Blake from planet Exbar where Travis had taken Inga, Blake's cousin, hostage.

Travis has a proposal to make; as he is now a fugitive too, he wants Blake to join forces with him. If Blake does not come to Exbar to discuss Travis' proposal, he will kill Inga.
Episode 9
On the planet Albian rebels attack the Federation base, and Federation officers activate a doomsday device. Coincidentally Blake and crew are on their way to Albian looking for a Major Provine who may know the whereabouts of Central Command. However, they manage to meet up with the rebels and get involved in trying to dismantle the device.

Meanwhile, Avon bumps into an old acquaintance by the name of Del Grant
Episode 10
Blake comes under telepathic control from an unknown source.

Under the mysterious influence he changes the Liberator's flight path towards an abandoned mining asteroid called P-K118.

On arrival at the asteroid Blake teleports down and meets Arbiter Genreal Ven Glynd and a bandage clad figure known as Shivan. Together they plan to set up a revolutionary council.

But is Shivan all he purports to be?
Episode 11
A heavy-drinking surgeon by the name of Kline is saved from a savage attack by a disgruntled former patient by his bodyguard, Travis.

On the Liberator Blake is searching for a man called Docholli, a former cyber-surgeon who reportedly knows the location of Star One.

Kline and Docholli are one and the same. Jenna, Cally and Blake teleport down to Freedom CVity in search of Docholli.

Meanwhile back onboard the Liberator Avon and Vila have a plan of their own involving Orac, speed chess and Klute.
Episode 12
The Liberator heads to the planet Goth where they hope to find a brain print of Lurgen, which contains the location of Star One.

According to Docholli, Lurgen's brain print is worn on a pendant round the neck of the chief Goth. Blake, Jenna and Vila teleport down to Goth while Avon and the Liberator remain in orbit. However, Travis and Servalan are already on Goth. Who will be the first to discover the location of Star One?
Episode 13
Star ships are colliding, climate control on several planets is out of control, this can only mean one thing - Star One is breaking down.

Servalan must try to locate Star One and find the root of the problem. Meanwhile Blake and the Liberator crew are searching Sector 11 looking for Star One, right out on the limits of human space they find it.

The crew of Star One have been taken over by Andromedans who wish to invade our Galaxy. Travis is there too, having sold mankind out to the aliens.

It's time for the final showdown between Blake and Travis.
