| Madness ist eine englische Ska-Band aus Camden Town im Norden Londons, die 1976 gegründet wurde. Eine der bekanntesten Bands des Two-Tone-Ska-Revivals der späten 1970er und frühen 1980er Jahre. Zur neuesten Besetzung gehören Chris Foreman, Mike Barson, Lee Thompson, Graham „Suggs“ McPherson, Dan Woodgate und Mark Bedford. Madness erzielten den größten Teil ihres Erfolgs Anfang bis Mitte der 1980er Jahre. Sowohl Madness als auch UB40 verbrachten im Laufe des Jahrzehnts 214 Wochen in den britischen Single-Charts und hielten damit den Rekord für die meisten Wochen, die eine Gruppe in den britischen Single-Charts der 1980er Jahre verbrachte.
