The CD of this release is one complete track.

Arranged for double choir by Francesco Soriano in the context of the Pontifical High Mass of St. Sylvester as it might have been conducted in the Sistine Chapel, Rome, on Sunday, 31st December, 1613.
Plainchant from The Tridentine Rite.

Recorded in the Sistine Chapel, Rome by kind permission of the Director of the Vatican Museums.

Originally broadcast on 31st December 1984 as part of the Radio 3 series The Octave of the Nativity.
