Bruce Talbot

'Give us a break' is a 7 part Drama Series which brings together two very different but very irresistible characters. Mo Morris is a young, outspoken Liverpudian with the explosive potential to become one of the greats in the touch world of snooker; and Mickey Noades a 35 year old street-wise Cockney - a wheeler-dealer with more twists and turns than a bowl of spaghetti. Together they forge their way through the green-baize jungles of London's snooker halls.

Mickey is played by Robert Lindsey and Mo by Paul McGann. The series is produced by Terry Williams.

The theme from the series is sung by one of Britain's best known pop personalities, Joe Brown, who co-wrote the song with Harry South, in turn responsible for the theme from 'The Chinese Detective'.

Sound - Phil Stannard.
Production - Bruce Talbot
