We will see Simon May a lot in future releases, but this is the first single. It is not like any of his other singles actually! Not really that interesting though.

Captain Percival is the cold warrior, Michael Denison is Captain Percival. He belongs to no known organization; his power derives directly from the Head of State. His brief:- 'To safeguard National Security' - he operates unobtrusively. To the outside world he typifies the English Upper Class, member of all the best London Clubs, well dressed, impeccable manners and apparently idle. Beneath this veneer of a typical English gentleman of leisure lies a sharp intelligence and a smooth wit. He is urbane, charming and completely ruthless ...

The theme music for cold warrior was writen by Simon May and Leslie Osborne.

The series was produced by Gerald Glaister.
